• Learn more about how to connect with and care for their preterm baby
• Help us make video-education programs to lower stress in parents of preterm babies
• Help us lower feelings of overwhelm and sadness for parents of preterm infants.

Parents of preterm babies who are part of this study will:

• Watch videos to learn how to connect with and care for their preterm baby in the NICU
• Give feedback on the videos and how we can make them better
• Answer questions on whether the videos helped to lower their feelings of stress, over-whelm, and sadness
